JACFIT™ LEVEL 2 PHASE 2 TRAINING AGREEMENT

This JACFIT™ Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the Date the Purchased Program (the "Effective Date"), by and between Jaclyn Cordeiro, hereinafter referred to as "JACFIT™," and the undersigned participant, hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

  1. Description of Services JACFIT™ agrees to provide the JACFIT™ Level 2 Phase 2 training program (the "Program") to the Client. The Program is designed to offer fitness training, exercise routines.

  2. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to:

a. Provide accurate and complete information regarding their health, medical conditions, and physical fitness level to JACFIT™. b. Follow the exercise routines provided by JACFIT™ to the best of their ability. c. Notify JACFIT™ immediately of any discomfort, pain, or medical issues that may arise during the Program.

  1. Waiver of Liability The Client understands and acknowledges that participation in the Program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Program, the Client agrees to waive, release, and discharge JACFIT™, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with the Client's participation in the Program.

  2. Refund Policy JACFIT™ offers no refund on purchased programs.

  3. Intellectual Property All materials provided to the Client as part of the Program, including but not limited to workout plans, meal plans, and educational content, are the exclusive property of JACFIT™ and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any purpose other than personal use during the Program.

  4. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the Program confidential and not disclose it to any third party.

  5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any dispute arising under or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and agree to be bound by them.
